Purpose
The purpose of the Marketing Commission is to work on issues, particularly regulatory ones, relating to the marketing of products and services offered by SGPs.
Committees and working groups are attached to the commission to address more specific issues.
Goals
- To respond to consultations and various questions related to regulatory matters, in collaboration with other relevant AFG Commissions and Committees, which will contribute their expertise.
- To propose regulatory advancements on the topics addressed by the commission. ;
- Participate in industry-wide initiatives, particularly in collaboration with other professional associations and public authorities.
- Beyond purely regulatory matters, facilitate discussions on commercial development challenges where members identify a need to share feedback and/or identify best practices. This includes conducting educational initiatives for members and, where applicable, drafting technical guides or best practice manuals.
