Purpose
The Real Estate Funds Commission brings together representatives from the management companies that are members of the AFG. The Real Estate Funds Commission aims to contribute to the development of Property Management and to the advancement and promotion of best practices.
Goals
- To represent, through consensus, the members of the AFG engaged in real estate management activities before French or international public institutions.
- To respond to consultations and various questions related to regulatory matters, in collaboration with other relevant AFG Commissions and Committees, which will contribute their expertise.
- To propose positions on issues related to property management and take any relevant action within this scope.
- To propose regulatory advancements on the topics addressed by the commission. ;
- To participate in industry-related work, particularly with other professional associations and public authorities.
