AFG is proud to present its updated brochure on the “UCITS ETF” label.  This document summarizes the features of this European label, which is recognized throughout Europe and internationally. It describes how it works, its regulatory framework and all the rules applicable to the product and its listing, making it an ETF with a much higher level of protection for holders than a non-European ETF or ETP (exchange traded product).

This brochure mentions the actively managed ETFs that can now be listed in France and benefit from Europe’s first adapted transparency regime, following AFG’s concerted action with the ecosystem and authorities to adapt French law to this new need.
